Restored with traditional Tuscan methods, Le Rondini Chianti combines Green and Ivory suites with Blue, Pink and Yellow double bedrooms. Winding passages connect two living rooms, two kitchens and a vaulted former wine-and-salumi cantina. Renaissance-inspired art, historic photographs, stone arches, antique doors, timber beams and medieval-style chandeliers accompany underfloor heating and cooling, smart lighting, LG TVs, Sonos speakers and indoor-outdoor Wi-Fi.
Terraced gardens offer two dining gazebos, a cigar lounge and a pool overlooking Chianti sunsets. Radda’s shops, restaurants and trails are three minutes away on foot; Carleone winery is opposite. Volpaia is ten minutes by car; Florence, Siena, Montepulciano and San Gimignano suit day trips.

- Two generously sized suites and three double bedrooms occupy the ground floor and split-level first floor; each has an en suite bathroom.
- The Green Suite bathroom contains a clawfoot bathtub and a walk-in shower. Every other bedroom has a walk-in shower.
- A small upstairs sitting room sits between the Green Suite and Yellow Bedroom.
- The ground floor contains a dining room seating six, a living room and the Everyday Kitchen for informal breakfasts and meals, with direct access to the watchtower garden.
- The lower ground floor houses the Grand Kitchen, with a Carrara marble island seating 10, and the vaulted Cantina, a flexible space for use as a gym or playroom.
- The garden has several gazebos: one provides a barbecue and dining table seating 10, while a second beside the pool is intended for aperitifs.

For safety, the watchtower is kept locked. It can be opened on request for guided visits or special experiences.
Radda in Chianti’s historic centre is within walking distance. Some surrounding traffic may be audible, and neighbouring properties are visible.
Local regulations require city tax to be paid on site in cash, approximately €2.50 per person per night.
A trusted local service provides housekeeping five days each week and one weekly change of bed linen and towels for €500 per week, payable on site.
The same service can prepare breakfast at €15 per person, lunch or dinner from €45 per person, and four-course menus from €65 per person.
During the festive period, 18 December–8 January, breakfast costs €25 per person, lunch or dinner starts at €80 per person, and four-course menus start at €120 per person.
