In central Forte dei Marmi, Palazzo La Datcha is a white 1930s residence overlooking the Apuan Alps and Tyrrhenian Sea, near sandy beaches and boutiques. Grey, gold and ivory interiors combine linen and silk. Ten bedrooms occupy three floors; most on the first two have living areas. A private beach club offers loungers, a pool, bar and restaurant. The spa features a blue-and-white chandelier above its indoor pool; a full-height wine cooler holds Champagne magnums. Weddings, birthdays and any other special events need the owner's written approval in advance. Additional charges may apply. A deposit of 50% is payable when booking to confirm the reservation. Check-in begins at 5 pm. Smoking is strictly prohibited. Evidence of smoking inside the villa will incur a EUR 2,500 cleaning charge. The rental provides access to the private beach club, a short walk from the Palazzo, north of the Forte dei Marmi pier. Guests have exclusive use of 11 of its 12 beach tents; the remaining tent is reserved for the owner and their guests. Club access includes the pool, changing rooms, showers, bar and restaurant. City tax must be paid locally in cash under local regulations. An Advance Provision Payment of EUR 25,000 per week is due with the rental balance. It is held as a deposit against property damage and returned within 15 days after departure. It may also cover additional housekeeping and/or food and drinks consumed at the villa. Chef and waiter services after 3 pm incur an additional charge. Dinner at the villa is also available at extra cost. Butler service after 11 pm incurs an additional charge.
