Between the Crete Senesi and Val d’Orcia National Park, Podere Le Colline lies ten minutes’ drive from Pienza. Gardens flowering from spring to autumn contain native plants, over 5,000 roses, a pergola and vegetable beds. Lavender and rosemary border the heated 16-metre pool. Indoors, beams, terracotta floors and an original fireplace accompany classic furnishings and abstract art.
Families have a basketball court, wooden playhouse, table tennis, five-a-side football pitch and games console. A wood-fired pizza oven serves outdoor meals. Welcome provisions include Tuscan wine, organic olive oil and olives, with local bakery biscuits for children. Nearby destinations include Montepulciano, Bagno Vignoni, Castelmuzio, Montisi and Trequanda.

- Continental breakfast service is provided six days a week, excluding Tuesday. Service only is included; groceries are payable locally.
- A chef prepares one meal a day, six days a week, excluding Sunday. Grocery costs are excluded and payable locally.
- Housekeeping is provided for three hours a day, six days a week.
- The rental includes water, gas and electricity; Wi-Fi; air conditioning and heating where available; an initial supply of bed linen and towels, changed weekly for stays exceeding seven nights; welcome provisions; final cleaning; and garden and pool maintenance. At some properties, electricity, air conditioning and heating are subject to weekly usage allowances where specified in the extra notes.

The housekeeper has Tuesdays off. The chef has Sundays off.
Groceries are payable locally. A €2,000 food deposit is due either in cash on arrival or with the rental balance. Pre-arrival grocery shopping costs €150.
Pool heating is available on request for €100 per day.
Access is via an unpaved, well-maintained road suitable for standard vehicles.
All catering must be provided by the villa’s management and in-house team. External chefs and third-party catering providers are not permitted. A private chef and cooking classes can be arranged on request at an additional cost.
CCTV cameras operate in the estate’s outdoor areas.
