Near Lentini, Podere San Giorgio occupies a 700-year-old estate held by one noble family since the Middle Ages. Organic citrus orchards, international palms and prehistoric caves surround the house. Terracotta floors, striped fabrics, parrot motifs and Biedermeier antiques combine with mother-of-pearl headboards, bamboo ceilings and handmade Sicilian bathroom tiles. A barbecue and pizza oven support outdoor meals; the orangerie hosts candlelit dinners and cinema evenings. Local wines fill the cellar, while the library explores regional history. The upstairs belvedere overlooks Etna. Catania is 30 minutes away by car; Etna takes 90 minutes. Caltagirone, Augusta and Brucoli offer ceramics, archaeological sites and local restaurants respectively.

The main villa’s garden level contains a library and a kitchenette with a small dining table.
Three bedrooms also occupy the garden level. Two have twin beds that can be configured as doubles and ensuite bathrooms; one has a bathtub and the other a balcony. The third has a double bed.
A spacious garden-level suite includes a double bedroom, two ensuite bathrooms, one with a bathtub, a separate sitting room and a private terrace facing Mount Etna.
Reached from outside, the main villa’s lower floor comprises two sections with four bedrooms. One has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom; three have twin beds and ensuite bathrooms with bathtubs. Two of the twin bedrooms can be arranged as doubles.
The separate orangerie contains a living room with a home cinema screen and access to the garden, a dining room and a professional kitchen.
The separate boat house has a living room, a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a twin bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. Both bedrooms open directly onto the garden.
The grounds include a private swimming pool, a tennis court and a sauna, alongside table tennis, cricket and table football.

The dedicated team is available for up to 7 hours each day. Additional hours are charged locally. Grocery shopping service costs €30 per hour. The villa sits within an operating farm, where occasional noise is possible. Every effort is made to minimise disruption. Fixed meal prices per person, per day are €20 for continental breakfast; €40 for a light lunch comprising a starter, first course and dessert; and €60 for a candlelit dinner comprising a starter, first course, main course, side dish and dessert. These prices include grocery shopping service, non-alcoholic beverages and all soft drinks. Children under 5 eat free. Guests may not bring food from outside into the villa. To uphold the standards of organic cooking, the team selects and purchases all ingredients for consistent quality. Previous stays indicate average adult spending of approximately €700 per week. A cash deposit is required on arrival for initial expenses; the recommended amount is €700 per person. An initial account statement is provided on Wednesday. The outstanding balance is settled on Friday.
