On Sicily’s east coast near Taormina, Villa Apollo’s curved architecture stands among volcanic rocks and tall cacti. Terraces accommodate a pool, a vine-covered pergola with a marble dining table, and a private seaside sundeck. Inside, a white staircase curves through the double-height living room; one suite has a bedside bath, while an armchair and books overlook the horizon. The sea-level floor includes family accommodation, a gym and a massage room. Set back from the main road in central Giardini Naxos, the villa is within walking distance of restaurants, groceries and beach clubs. Taormina is 15 minutes away by car.

Housekeeping is provided for 3 hours daily, Monday through Saturday.
Bed linen and towels are changed mid-week.
The rental includes water, gas and electricity, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating where available, an initial supply of bed linen and towels, and weekly changes for stays exceeding 7 nights. Welcome items, departure cleaning, and garden and pool upkeep are also included. At some properties, electricity, air conditioning and heating are subject to a weekly allowance, as specified in the extra notes.

The details

The spacious sea-facing living room has a TV and opens onto the pool area, loggia and terrace.
The dining room overlooks the sea, opens onto the terrace and has a round table seating 12.
The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the outdoor dining space. There are five steps from the entrance gate to the pool area, followed by two steps to the front door.
Three double bedrooms have king-sized beds. Two can be arranged with twin beds and have ensuite bathrooms; the third has access to a private bathroom.
A single bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom.
Stairs lead to the first floor, with additional outdoor stairs connecting the terraces and the house.
This floor has a separate external entrance and a second living room.
Accommodation comprises one ensuite double bedroom with a king-sized bed convertible to twins, plus a family suite containing one single bedroom and one double bedroom with a king-sized bed convertible to twins. The family suite shares an ensuite bathroom.
This level also contains a small gym, a wellness treatment area and a laundry room.
Outdoor spaces comprise a pool area with sun loungers, a pergola-shaded dining area with a BBQ and a table for 12, and a private sea-level sundeck with loungers. A gate provides direct access to the water.

Extra notes

Electricity, including heating and air conditioning, is included up to 595 kWh per 7 nights or 85 kWh per day. Consumption is metered. Baby cots must be requested in advance when booking and cost €10 per cot per night, payable in cash at check-in. Check-in begins at 5pm; check-out must be completed by 10am. Late check-out, allowing use of the villa from 10am to 6pm, costs €300 and is subject to availability at booking or arrival. Additional housekeeping costs €25 per hour per person, with a minimum of 3 hours per day. Grocery shopping costs €70 plus the cost of purchases, calculated from store receipts. External chefs are not allowed. A private chef may be arranged on request for an additional fee. The villa is in a town, and some surrounding noise should be expected. A €1,000 security deposit is due in cash upon arrival. Local regulations require city tax to be paid on site in cash, approximately €2 per person per night. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the villa.
