White, blue and warm traditional tones frame terracotta floors, exposed beams, Venetian plaster, pale wood and an open-plan marble kitchen. All seven spacious bedrooms have walk-in wardrobes; three have oversized bathtubs. A shaded table seats 14 overlooking valleys and green hills, creating space for celebrations and relaxed gatherings. Volterra’s cobbled streets, piazzas and chapels accompany a Roman theatre and third-century bath ruins. Nearby are family-run wineries, farm-to-table restaurants and scenic viewpoints. A car is recommended: San Gimignano is 45 minutes away, the west coast around an hour. Four hours of daily cleaning leave time for swimming and family barbecues.

The main villa’s ground floor contains a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and dining space, a living room with a TV, and one double bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe and a walk-in shower.
On the main villa’s first floor are three bedrooms with queen-size beds and walk-in wardrobes. Two have en-suite bathrooms with bathtubs; the third has an open-plan bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The annexe is available at an additional charge. It contains one bedroom with twin or double beds on request, a walk-in wardrobe, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a private outdoor loggia.
The pool house is available at an additional charge. It has a double bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe, an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a private terrace, together with a kitchen and access to the barbecue area.

Access from the main road is via 300 metres of well-maintained unpaved road. There is a pond on the grounds without fencing, railings or protective barriers. Children must be supervised at all times in this area. On request, the owner can stay discreetly in a private annex on the estate to facilitate personalised services, including meals prepared by a private chef and tailored cooking classes. Guests’ privacy is fully maintained. Pool heating is available at an additional charge. The displayed rate covers only the main villa, which accommodates up to 10 guests.
