Ten minutes from Elounda, Simeroma is Crete’s largest villa, extending over 1,200 square metres with uninterrupted Mediterranean views. Its bright, grand yet comfortable interiors contain six bedrooms; two more occupy a separate annex. Lower-ground rooms offer easy pool access, while upstairs bedrooms catch the breeze. All eight have balconies or terrace access.
Gardens surround a sea-facing saltwater pool, loungers and shaded terrace. Stone steps connect a private Greek Orthodox chapel to the sea. Elounda offers waterfront restaurants, bars, shops, a beach and boats to Spinalonga. House manager Georgia arranges olive-oil tastings and advises on tavernas, monasteries, charters, walks and quieter beaches.
