Extra notes

Greece’s Climate Resilience Tax is charged in addition to the rental price. From April through October, it is EUR 15 per day, payable locally. Pool heating requires at least three days’ advance notice and costs EUR 80 per day for the indoor pool and EUR 80 per day for the outdoor pool, payable locally in cash on arrival. Both heatable pools have a maximum temperature of 28°C for safety and system efficiency. The charge rises to EUR 100 per day for all 2027 and 2028 bookings. Bowling costs EUR 90 per hour, payable locally in cash. At least one day’s notice is required because a specialist must be present. The six ensuite bedrooms accommodate up to 14 guests; two guests sleep on additional beds placed in two of the bedrooms. For bookings from 2027 onwards, check-in is at 17:00. An additional ensuite bedroom for guests’ staff is available on request at no charge. Mattress toppers are available for every bed without a surcharge. Pets may be accepted with advance approval; please contact your Villa Specialist. The grounds contain unprotected water features, and two of the three swimming pools are unprotected. Young children must be supervised at all times. Selected private and corporate events may be hosted with advance approval. Additional charges apply. Exterior-only CCTV is installed and will be switched off during rentals. Garden maintenance takes place each Tuesday from 10:00 to 15:00, unless unforeseen circumstances require a change.
