Owner Daniela selected regionally inspired artworks; off-whites and earth tones frame hillside views. Solar power supplies 100% renewable energy, complemented by rainwater harvesting. Guests can sample estate Chianti and extra virgin olive oil; artisanal provisions come from family-owned Casa Ceccatelli. On the historic Florence–Siena route, Castellina’s cafés, galleries, wine shops and 15th-century castle lie under ten minutes’ drive away. Radda, Gaiole and Panzano wineries and Poggino’s Etruscan tombs are nearby; Florence, Siena, San Gimignano and Montepulciano suit day trips.

Extra notes

The property has low walls, some without railings. Young children must be supervised at all times in these areas. Local regulations require city tax to be paid on site in cash, at approximately €2 per person per night. The bathroom serving the bedroom accessed from outside is upstairs and is shared with the gym. Additional housekeeping is available at €30 per hour. Outside chef services are not allowed. A private chef can be arranged on request for an additional charge.
