Near northern Paros, Villa Aegira combines single-storey Cycladic stone architecture with contemporary interiors, Greek artworks and sea views. Three buildings with four entrances contain a main house, secondary house and two suites, each with open-plan living and kitchen facilities. All six bedrooms open onto a wraparound terrace with loungers and pool access. Herbs, olives, palms and Paros’s tallest cedar frame the beach approach. Outdoor dining, indoor entertainment, a 20-metre infinity pool and beachfront gym complement energy-efficient climate control and solar hot water. Naoussa is two miles away; nearby beaches include Kolymbityhres and Monastiri. Prodromos is a 10-minute drive, and Punta lies 13 miles away.

Six double bedrooms are on the ground floor: two in the main house, two in the secondary house and one in each of the two guest suites.
Five bedrooms have king-size beds. The remaining bedroom, in the secondary house, has two single beds that can be arranged as a king-size bed on request.
Five bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers. One bedroom in the secondary house has an adjacent bathroom with a shower.
The main house contains a living room and an open-plan kitchen and dining area with seating for 12.
The secondary house contains a living room and an open-plan kitchen and dining area with seating for eight.
Both guest suites have lounge areas. One includes a kitchenette; the other has a mini fridge and espresso machine.
The outdoor areas include a pool, pool house, open-air kitchen with barbecue, fridge and ice maker, a dining area seating 12, and a gym.
The gym occupies a small building a few steps from the beach and contains an exercise bike, bench, kettlebells, yoga mat and medicine ball.

Gym Room: Gym is located just steps from the beach, offering a wonderful sea view when training. A high-quality training bicycle, bench, various sizes kettlebells, yoga mat and rubber medicine ball are provided.

Extra notes

Booking requires a non-refundable deposit of 40%. Greece’s Climate Resilience Tax is charged in addition to the rental price. From April through October, the charge is EUR 15 per day, payable locally. Children must be supervised at all times, particularly near the pool and sea. Short stays may be possible, subject to a minimum of five nights. Please enquire about specific dates. A cot and high chair are available on request at no extra charge. Paths within the grounds are made from separate slate slabs; extra care is required when walking on them. The villa is on the beachfront, but beaches cannot be private under Greek law. Other people may access and use the beach.
