On Paros’s west coast, Villa Zohi has direct sandy-beach access and sunset views across the Aegean. All five bedrooms overlook the sea; pink sunbeds and pale-blue parasols surround the infinity pool. A fully equipped outdoor kitchen and daily housekeeping suit family celebrations and holidays with friends. Sister property Villa Loria can accommodate larger gatherings.
International design touches include a Moroccan courtyard with prickly pears and Brazilian-rainforest-inspired wallpaper. On the edge of Parasporos, the villa is 25 minutes’ drive from Naoussa’s lively fishing village and just over two miles from the capital, Paroikia. Paros offers seafood, sunshine and quieter beaches for families, friends and couples.

At some properties, electricity, air-conditioning and heating consumption may be subject to a weekly allowance where specified in the extra notes.
The details
- The main floor contains a sea-facing living room with a TV, a fully equipped kitchen and three double bedrooms. Each bedroom has a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom, sea views and access to either the garden or a balcony.
- The lower floor has two double bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom, sea views and sofa beds.
- The staff accommodation comprises two rooms. The first includes two single beds, veranda access, a bathroom, kitchenette and laundry room. The second has two single beds and access to a veranda.
- Outside, a 15m infinity pool overlooks the sea, alongside an outdoor living area with double sunbeds and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen.

Extra notes
Greece’s Climate Resilience Tax is charged in addition to the rental price. From April to October, the fee is EUR 15 per day and must be paid locally.
A non-refundable deposit of 40% is required to secure the booking.
For larger groups, Villa Zohi and sister property Villa Loria can be rented together, subject to availability, accommodating up to 22 guests in total.
Staff bedrooms can be made available on request at no extra charge.
