Built with local stone into a secluded hillside near the Antiparos caves, Villa Anelysi pairs minimal design with personal touches: family heights marked beside the wine cellar, evil-eye charms and a sea-facing desk. Five bedrooms occupy a separate, two-level guesthouse, each with an outside entrance and sea views; the main house’s top-floor suite has a freestanding bathtub. There are bunk beds, a 25m infinity pool and a home cinema. On this small Aegean Cycladic island, Chora’s whitewashed houses, blue shutters and bougainvillaea are 15 minutes away by car. Faneromeni beach is a 20-minute drive, with nearer sandy beaches also within reach.

The details

On the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen accompanies the living room, a dining room opening to its own private courtyard, and a sea-view office/gym area.
The upper floor contains the main bedroom with a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom with a freestanding bathtub, and access to three outdoor terraces.
The lower floor houses the home cinema, wine cellar and staff accommodation.
Two bedrooms on the upper floor each have a queen-size bed, an ensuite bathroom and sea views.
The lower floor has three bedrooms: two with garden views and twin beds that can be made into doubles, and one with bunk beds.
The main terrace includes a 25m infinity pool and a herb garden planted with sage, rosemary and lavender.
Every bedroom in the guesthouse has an external entrance.

A non-refundable deposit of 40% is required to confirm a booking. Greece’s Climate Resilience Tax is charged in addition to the rental price at EUR 15 per day, payable locally. Outside July and August, shorter stays are possible with a minimum of five nights and a flexible changeover day. Please contact your Villa Specialist. The staff quarters can be made available to guests on request. The villa’s live-in staff occupy a separate staff room.
