On Paros’s eastern hillside above Paralia Molos, Villa Vaya combines newly built Cycladic stone architecture with teak furniture and abstract art by Greek-Californian Ese Studio. All six ensuite bedrooms open onto sea-view terraces; the main bedroom includes an outdoor shower and walk-in wardrobe.
An externally accessed first-floor suite has another main bedroom, a sofa-bed living area and a small private pool. Daybeds border the 19.6m pool; dining accommodates 12 outdoors and 20 at a Parian marble table indoors. Two resident Greek- and English-speaking staff offer concierge assistance and round-the-clock support. Nearby beaches include Molos and Kalegeros, the latter a 20-minute walk away.

- The lower level contains a TV room with games, an office area, a laundry room and two staff bedrooms. One staff bedroom is available on request for guests’ own staff.
- External stairs lead to the guest house, which has one king-size bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and outdoor shower. Its living room has a sofa bed accommodating one child on request. Both rooms open onto a private sea-view terrace with a small pool.

Bedrooms two and three, and bedrooms four and five, are positioned close together. They do not interconnect, but each pair can function as a family suite with a shared terrace.
Daily housekeeping is carried out by resident staff occupying the lower-ground-floor staff bedrooms. One of these rooms may be made available for guests’ own staff on request.
The surrounding area has very limited entertainment and nightlife, making this a choice for a quiet stay.
The villa is reached along a 1 km unpaved track. The municipalities maintain it before the summer season to improve smoothness and access as much as possible. Vehicles with low ground clearance are not recommended.
Pool safety is a priority for the owners. Guests must follow the pool-use terms, which are available at the villa and can be supplied before arrival on request.
