A large dining room, film projector and outdoor dining table suit groups, with daily housekeeping and accommodation for live-in staff. Villa Zohi can be booked alongside. Naoussa’s lively fishing village is 25 minutes away by car; Paroikia, the island’s capital, is just over two miles away.

- The entrance floor contains a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a dining table and film projector, opening onto the pool and terrace.
- Two entrance-floor bedrooms each have a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a marble shower; one bedroom overlooks the sea.
- The lower floor has two suites, each with a king-size bed, living area, ensuite bathroom, private terrace access and sea views. One ensuite has two basins.
- The staff accommodation includes a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room and two bedrooms sharing a bathroom. Both bedrooms open onto a small veranda; one has two single beds and the other one single bed.
- Two separate guest rooms each have a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom. One opens onto a terrace and has sea views; the other includes a living area with a fridge and dining space.
- The main terrace contains a 17m pool, bar, two sitting areas, dining table and outdoor shower.

Extra notes
Greece’s Climate Resilience Tax is charged in addition to the rental price. From April to October, the charge is EUR 15 per day, payable locally.
Booking requires a non-refundable deposit of 40%.
For larger parties, Villa Loria and its sister property Villa Zohi can be rented together, subject to availability, accommodating up to 22 guests in total.
Staff bedrooms are available on request without additional charge.
