Above Paralia Xerokampou near Arvi, Villa Breeze East’s natural stone architecture blends with dunes and white sandstone. A nearly private beach lies 30 metres away, with calm, clear water, sand lilies and summer loggerhead nesting. Ten bedrooms, mostly doubles with some three-single arrangements, accommodate families; tamarind trees provide privacy.
Outdoor dining areas and a kitchen with a brick pizza oven overlook the sea, alongside an antikristiera for lamb. A 22-metre infinity pool, shared tennis court and Saint Dimitrios chapel complement gardens with pickable herbs and fruit. The owner can arrange sound healing, yoga or massages; nearby outings include Galazia Akti, Keratokampos and Kato Symi.

Inclusions
- A villa manager is available to assist with arrivals and guests’ needs.
- Housekeeping is provided for 6 hours daily, 6 days a week, covering communal areas and light room cleaning; kitchen cleaning is excluded.
- Bed linen and towels are changed midweek.
- Rental includes water, gas and electricity, Wi-Fi, air-conditioning and heating where available, initial bed linen and towels with weekly changes for stays exceeding 7 nights, welcome items, departure cleaning, and garden and pool upkeep. At some properties, electricity, air-conditioning and heating consumption may have a weekly allowance, where specified in the extra notes.

- Two neighbouring rooms share a bathroom: one has a double bed, while the other has three single beds.
- Six bedrooms each contain a double bed and an extra single bed, with an en-suite bathroom and sea views.
- One bedroom has three single beds and its own en-suite bathroom.
- Four terraces shaded by pergolas have sofas and dining tables; two further terraces have barbecues.
- Guests may freely use the yoga mats, basic weights and table tennis facilities.

A government climate tax is collected locally on arrival: EUR 15 per day for the entire villa, plus approximately 0.5% of the villa rental price. Contact your villa specialist for the exact amount.
SUP boards, canoes and exercise equipment, including Pilates balls and training weights, are available to guests.
The tennis court is shared by the estate’s two villas and must be booked ahead, subject to available time slots. Two sets of rackets and balls are supplied. Extra rackets and balls, or use of the floodlights for night play, incur a small additional fee payable locally.
Weddings, ceremonies and photo shoots may be arranged on request. Please enquire for details.
Check-in is at 6pm.
Online prices cover a maximum of 20+8 guests across ten bedrooms. Outside July and August, a reduced-occupancy price is available for use of no more than six bedrooms. Please enquire for prices and details.
From November through May, stays of four nights or more with flexible arrival days are possible, subject to availability.
Larger groups may rent the villa together with its sister property, Villa Breeze, subject to availability.
