Owned by the family behind Tenuta di Carleone, a Sangiovese producer for over a decade, Villa Castiglioni spans two stone buildings and a medieval tower. Available with four to seven bedrooms, it offers spacious rooms, walk-in wardrobes and privacy across the Owner’s Wing, Guest Wing and independently accessed apartment. Kitchens, dining rooms, lounges, a conservatory and library accompany underfloor heating and fireplaces. Terraces overlook Chianti’s vineyards and olive groves; a wood-fired pizza oven and barbecue support outdoor meals. Leisure facilities include billiards, table football, pétanque, a hammam and a yoga studio available on request. Radda’s medieval streets, local restaurants and surrounding hill towns invite exploration.

Extra notes

The villa can be rented with 4 bedrooms for up to 8 guests. The independent 1-bedroom apartment and/or a separate building with 2 bedrooms for up to 4 guests can be added at extra cost. A bank transfer of EUR 1,000 is required before arrival to cover additional services during your stay. If spending exceeds EUR 1,000, the outstanding balance must be paid on site by credit card at departure. Additional housekeeping, laundry and ironing hours cost €30 per hour on weekdays and €38 per hour on Sundays. Pool heating costs €100 per day. Under local regulations, the city tax must be paid on site in cash, at approximately €2 per person per night.
