In Tuscany’s hills, this remote stone farmhouse combines restored masonry, Corten steel and full-height glazing. Its open-plan interior includes a fireplace, panoramic stained-glass windows, equipped kitchen, dining space and lounge. Two ensuite bedrooms open onto the garden; the third is upstairs. The gated grounds include herbs for picking, an infinity pool and outdoor jacuzzi overlooking olive groves and forest. Suited to friends or families with grown-up children, the villa has views of Volterra, nine miles away, known for alabaster craftsmanship and Etruscan ruins. San Gimignano’s medieval towers are a 15-minute drive away; the Tuscan coast is an hour and 15 minutes away.

Housekeeping takes place three times weekly, on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, for two hours per visit.
Pool heating is included from mid-May to mid-September, with a guaranteed temperature of 26–28°C, subject to weather conditions.
City tax is included.
Standard rental inclusions cover water, gas and electricity, Wi-Fi, air-conditioning/heating where available, bed linen and towels on arrival, weekly linen and towel changes for stays exceeding 7 nights, welcome items, final cleaning, and garden and pool maintenance. At some properties, electricity, air-conditioning and heating consumption may be subject to weekly allowances where specified in the extra notes.

The approach includes 3 km of unpaved road. Guests are advised to use a vehicle suitable for uneven terrain. Extra housekeeping can be arranged for EUR 30 per hour, subject to availability. Pool heating is available from mid-May to mid-September. Pre-arrival grocery shopping costs EUR 40, with groceries payable locally. A detailed shopping list must be sent three days before arrival.
