Villa Dieci Stelle occupies a Belgian buyer’s favourite spot in the fishing village she purchased with both bays in the 1960s. On Spiaggia di Genn’e Mari’s public white-sand crescent, the estate combines a main house, four garden annexes and a waterside bungalow. A palm-fringed infinity pool meets the shoreline; interiors include a living palm and marine mural. The grand-piano entertainment room opens onto a terrace with barbecue, pizza oven and horizon-facing bar stools. Villasimius, lively in summer, is half an hour away along a beach-lined coast. Monte dei Sette Fratelli, an hour inland, offers hiking including Punta Sa Cerax’s 1000m ascent.

The main villa’s ground floor contains an entrance with a fireplace and living space, a breakfast kitchen, a guest bathroom and four bedrooms with individual bathrooms; one bedroom has a fireplace.
On the main villa’s lower ground floor, an entertainment room contains a grand piano.
Each of the four annexes has its own bathroom. One surrounds a growing palm tree and has a rooftop terrace; another has an in-room bathtub; the third includes a fireplace and private terrace; the fourth has a glass-ceilinged bathroom overlooking an aquarium.
The bungalow-style beach apartment includes a kitchenette, a small sitting room, a terrace, two bedrooms and one bathroom.
The outdoor spaces include a terrace with a built-in barbecue and pizza oven, plus a 10m pool.
A chef, butler and server prepare and serve lunch and dinner every day; groceries cost extra.

Part of the access road is unpaved, but its condition is reasonable and standard vehicles can use it. The beach directly in front of the villa is public and may be crowded, particularly in summer. There are unguarded drops and slopes across parts of the estate. Young children require supervision at all times. The laundry room is for staff use only. Laundry assistance is available on request. Food and beverages are payable locally. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are charged per person, per day, while drinks are charged individually, rather than at grocery cost. An up-to-date price list is available on request and will be confirmed before booking. Massages and yoga and meditation classes are available from €120 per hour. Paddleboarding, flyboarding and swimming lessons can be arranged for an additional charge. Cooking classes, a gelato bar, champagne brunch, beach cocktails, garden dinners, beach dinners, pizza parties, poolside dinners, live music and a private bartender can be arranged at extra cost.
