Near Porto Rotondo in northeast Sardinia, Villa Emerald combines rental privacy with housekeeping and continental breakfast. Its marina, upscale restaurants and beaches are under a mile away; Spiaggia dei Sassi, a mile away, offers white sand, snorkelling reefs and child-friendly shallows. Neighbouring Villa Certosa historically hosted world leaders with Silvio Berlusconi. Patio sofas overlook the Tyrrhenian Sea; a sound system and wood-fired pizza oven complement outdoor living. Three bedrooms open onto the garden, one accommodates families with a connecting small twin room, and one is wheelchair-accessible. The spa includes a steam room, sauna, gym and eight-seat indoor hot tub. Cook, massage and personal-training services cost extra.

The main floor contains a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a dining table for eight, and a garden-facing bedroom with its own bathroom.
A spacious terrace offers sea views, outdoor dining and relaxed seating; the garden contains a 13m pool.
The garden level comprises four ensuite bedrooms, three opening directly outdoors, alongside a laundry room, spa, guest bathroom and family room connected to a second, small twin room. The two family rooms share a bathroom.
Housekeeping is included six days a week, and continental breakfast is available from 8am to 10am.
A three-night minimum stay applies outside June to September.

Extra notes

A private sports club 100 metres from the villa offers direct access to a sandy beach. One parasol, four sun loungers and use of the club’s gated, lifeguard-supervised pool are included. To maintain a quiet, exclusive setting, no more than 8 members of your party may enter at once. The club operates from June to September. The rental includes the private spa, with an emotional shower, bio-sauna, steam bath, mini pool and fitness room equipped by Technogym. Use of two mountain bikes, two e-bikes and a kayak is also included. Pool heating can be requested for EUR 1,200 per week. Villa Emerald shares a wall with the neighbouring property; a tall hedge maintains privacy. Check-in begins at 5pm, and check-out must be completed by 10am. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the property. Monthly stays qualify for special rates. Small pets are welcome but are not permitted in the kitchen, bedrooms or spa. The minimum stay is 3 nights, except from June to September.
