On the private Capo Coda Cavallo estate near San Teodoro, Villa Marina retains its 1970s character through rattan furnishings, paisley patterns and a courtyard fountain. Lawns connect the pool, garden parasols and shaded beach loungers. Nine bedrooms feature aqua accents and tiled bathrooms; a gym, sauna, steam room, sea-facing yoga platform, canoes and paddleboards complement outdoor dining and barbecues, with few buildings visible for miles. A cove lies ten minutes away on foot; Baia Salinedda is 200 metres away. Nearby are bird-rich Salina Bamba, Lu Impostu, kitesurfing beach La Cinta, island-facing Cala Suaraccia and Cala Brandinchi, nicknamed “Tahiti”. San Teodoro offers restaurants, cafés and flamingos.

The property occupies a single floor, with eight bedrooms in the main villa and one in the annexe.
Six double bedrooms overlook the garden or sea and have en-suite bathrooms with bathtubs; two further double bedrooms share a shower bathroom.

Land access to the beach is private; the beach can also be reached from the sea.
