Near Piaggiori, below the Apuan Alps, Villa Letizia was a noble residence given to Cappuccini monks in the 19th century. Its main house and former seminary have beamed ceilings, silk-draped antique beds and terracotta floors. Doubles, twins and family suites accommodate multigenerational gatherings; a church and gazebo suit celebrations. Organic-farm ingredients feature at breakfast; a private chef can prepare lunches and dinners on request. The ground floor contains two lounges, an office, a dining area seating 22, a professional kitchen, laundry facilities, guest bathrooms and access to the lift.
On the first floor are six en-suite bedrooms with flexible bed arrangements: one is wheelchair accessible, and five span two levels with seating areas.
The second floor comprises the principal suite with a balcony, four further en-suite bedrooms, two bedrooms sharing a bathroom, and a separate sitting room.
The wing's ground floor has a contemporary kitchen, a large lounge with a dining area, and two guest bathrooms, one of which is wheelchair accessible.

Extra notes

The owners live in a separate section occupying the villa's lower and ground floors, with their own entrance. They do not use the gardens or pool but are on site for emergencies. Outdoor CCTV cameras are in operation for security. Air conditioning and heating are charged according to actual consumption. Pool heating can be arranged on request for an additional charge; pricing is available on request. Local regulations require city tax to be paid on site in cash, approximately €2 per person per night. External suppliers may not enter the estate, to protect guests' privacy and comfort. Additional services can only be organised through the estate's Concierge team, which can be contacted before arrival. This coordination is included in the rental. Baby cots and highchairs carry an additional charge. An additional area of the villa can be rented at extra cost for parties continuing after midnight, conferences or yoga activities. A cash security deposit of €2,000.00 is due at check-in. It is returned at the end of the stay after deductions for any damage or unpaid charges for additional services or experiences requested during the stay.
