In Santa Maria on Paros’s north coast, this contemporary stone villa combines white minimalist interiors with hotel-like ease and privacy across several buildings. The main suite occupies the upper floor, with a broad sea-view terrace above the living and dining areas and equipped kitchen. Four ensuite bungalow bedrooms have French windows opening onto terraces.
Woven accents soften the interiors, while a floating white staircase connects levels. Cacti and agaves surround the pool; bamboo pergolas shelter seating from sun and meltemi winds. Outdoor lunches and barbecues suit the setting. Naoussa is ten minutes’ drive away; Mikri Santa Maria offers calm, clear water, a beach bar and watersports.

Greece’s Climate Resilience Tax is charged in addition to the rental price at EUR 15 per day, payable locally.
Four of the five bedrooms occupy individual bungalows outside the main building, each with a separate entrance. This arrangement may not suit families with young children.
The shower areas in all four bungalows are partly visible from outside; curtains provide additional privacy. Each bungalow also has a small rear patio that brings natural light into the shower. The final bungalow in the row offers the greatest privacy, sitting slightly farther from communal areas and paths.
Peak-season bookings require a minimum of 7 nights, with Saturday changeovers. Outside peak season, shorter stays are accepted with a minimum of 5 nights and flexible changeover days.
