Above Lake Como’s western shore, this traditional residence has become a contemporary, light-filled villa with minimalist Italian interiors. Its 730 square metres span three floors, with glass framing Bellagio, the Balbianello peninsula and mountains. Living spaces open onto a lake-facing terrace; a preserved billiard table and wood-panelled bar recall its past. Outside are loungers, seating areas, an infinity pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, barbecue and pizza oven; indoors, fitness equipment, cinema and games spaces support year-round stays. The terrace suits yoga. Secluded yet close to villages and mountain trails, the hillside setting places Bellagio across the water, with Lenno’s weekly market and Monte Crocione hikes within reach.

Daily housekeeping includes two hours of light cleaning in bedrooms, bathrooms and communal areas.

Standard rental inclusions cover water, gas and electricity, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating where available, bed linen and towels on arrival with weekly changes for stays exceeding seven nights, welcome items, final cleaning, and garden and pool maintenance. The ground floor contains a leisure area with a billiard table, bar, cinema and TV room, and fitness equipment, together with two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms.
The first floor comprises a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area for 12 and an open-plan living space opening onto the terrace overlooking the lake.
Four further bedrooms with en suite bathrooms occupy the second floor, including the principal suite with a walk-in wardrobe and private bath.
