A substantial fireplace anchors the living room; panoramic lounges and bedrooms face sunsets. Terraces, patios and garden paths link a palm-shaded barbecue pergola, curved pool and private natural grotto with stalactites. The house occupies Ansedonia’s scrub-covered headland, among Roman remains between Feniglia and Tagliata beaches. Porto Ercole’s ochre streets and waterfront restaurants are 20 minutes away by car; Porto Santo Stefano’s sands are 30 minutes away. Nearby vineyards, wild beaches and cacciucco, the local fish stew, complement swimming, sketching and coastal exploration.
